Twin Cities Business magazine subscribers voted SPIRE as "Best of Business" (tie) in the credit union category for the first time. The annual subscriber survey asks executives and decision-makers for their referrals on vendor and business partners that provide excellent service in their industry.

After being a finalist for the last two years, SPIRE was selected this year as Best of Business for the "Midwestern spirit and values" embedded in the culture at SPIRE. The magazine goes on to say how SPIRE is "rooted in integrity, giving back, and improving members' lives."

The new SPIRE Treasures program was also highlighted. SPIRE donates .25% of every purchase made on a SPIRE Visa^® Credit card to partner charities. By the end of 2019, SPIRE expects to donate over $225,000 to a variety of causes.
