Staff Staff volunteer to support charitable organizations, places of worship, adopt-a-highway programs, neighborhood clean-up efforts, community sports organizations, as well as provide financial literacy education, and represent their communities as official ambassadors.

SPIRE Staff donate thousands of dollars each year through SPIRE Give Back fundraisers.

Throughout the year, SPIRE staff are given the option to participate in Give Back fundraisers to support local organizations. During our annual Pinktober fundraiser in October, staff have donated over $10,000 to the American Cancer Society-Minnesota.

We believe that it is our duty to provide financial education to both adults and youth.

We strive to empower people to become financially successful and thrive throughout life.

SPIRE has been honored to have been recognized with the Adult Desjardins Financial Education Award for six consecutive years and the Youth Desjardins for four years in a row.
Presented by the Minnesota Credit Union Network (MnCUN), the awards recognize leadership within the credit union movement on behalf of financial literacy.
